The Farm

The entire property of about 30 acres is surrounded by woods, the wood of which is used to heat the house.
The farm cultivates vineyards for the production of Prosecco DOCG and has old varieties of apple trees (rosetta, bella di bosco) and of “longhet” figs.
We also produce an old variety of sweetcorn, the “perla bianca”, as well as vegetables. We rear sheep, donkeys, ponies, poultry and bees.
Our products are used in the kitchen to prepare the dishes of the traditional cuisine of the Veneto Region.
Donata pays great attention to the quality of the products that are served on the table accompanied by Prosecco and Cabernet wines.

Part of the land is used as pasture where sheep and goats, donkeys and ponies, roam freely, for the delight of the younger guests who can get to know these splendid animals.
