When the 2016 season opens at the LE NOCI Farmhouse, we will have the pleasure of organising a visit to the Vittorio Veneto SILK WORM MUSEUM at San Giacomo di Veglia in the Province of Treviso.

The proposal coincides with 8 March, in memory of the women who, since they were children, spent their youth in the many silk mills of the area, as also in the Le Noci Farmhouse where silk worms were bred and the silk was spun.

This interesting initiative is addressed to all the women of today who live a pleasant life and who can decide how to spend their days, who fill their lives with smiles and creativity. Who fight every day to be better women.

Meeting time and place: 3:50 p.m. – at the San Giacomo Church (at the road junction)
Entry and guided tour: Euro 5 per adult (children free of charge)

A final toast for all participants will be offered by the Le Noci Farmhouse
Dinner at Le Noci: (for those who wish) dinner Euro 20 and stories of the “silk spinners”
